Register as a new applicant by accessing CCA Sycamore Online Application Portal. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account and create a password. Please be sure to check your SPAM if you've not received a link after 15 minutes.
Once you've received your new user ID and set your password, log into Sycamore to complete the online application.
After you complete the application, you must pay the $95 registration fee before your application is processed.
Submit the required documents below to complete the application process. All documents are accessible through Sycamore.
